Who we are

Escola360 is a product of the MS360 platform, developed by Modern Solutions 360, Lda, a Mozambican consulting firm headquartered in Maputo, with experience implementing information systems in several African countries.

MS360 helps organisations work smarter with technology, artificial intelligence, automation, data and digital solutions. Escola360 is the MS360 product built for schools.

We know the calendar of the SNE, Mozambique's National Education System, the requirements of the Mozambique Tax Authority (AT) and what a school office looks like in enrolment season, because we have been on the ground with schools since 2016.

What we do

Escola360 is a school management system that brings the school office, academics, finance and communication with families onto one platform. It serves schools from nursery to secondary, with the SNE, Cambridge and IB curricula, and runs on computers, tablets and phones.

Our track record

Mozambican schools have been using Escola360 since 2016. New versions of the product grow out of day-to-day work with client schools.

Nwananga Christian School, in Maputo, has been a client since 2017. That is nine years of working together, told in the case study.

The invoicing software is authorised by the Mozambique Tax Authority. The platform is available in Portuguese, English and French, and this website has a Portuguese and an English version.

What guides us

Built for the way Mozambican schools work

The National Education System, M-Pesa and e-Mola payments and the Tax Authority's requirements are part of the product. It is not imported software.

The data belongs to the school

There are continuous backups, a data protection agreement and exports in whatever format the school wants. Read the privacy policy.
