Frequently asked questions

Which modules does Escola360 have?

Escola360 covers academic life (enrolment, marks, mark sheets and report cards, preschool), finance (tuition fees, treasury and expenses), the office and people (documents, human resources, library), school life (health, behaviour, activities) and the relationship with families (communication and the parent app).

Do I have to switch on every module at once?

No. Implementation is phased: the school starts with what hurts most, usually fees or mark sheets, and switches on the other modules when the team is comfortable.

Is Escola360 for public and private schools?

It serves schools of every size in Mozambique, private, community and faith schools, from nursery to secondary and technical education, and follows the calendar and templates of the National Education System.

Is my school's data stored securely?

Yes. Each person signs in with their own credentials and two-step authentication, sees only what their role allows, and important actions are logged. There are continuous backups and the data belongs to the school, which can export it in the format it prefers.

Does it work on a slow internet connection?

Yes. Escola360 was designed for the reality of local networks: it keeps what has already been loaded on the device, so pages open quickly and use little data, even on a weak connection.

How much does implementation cost?

Implementation is free and includes set-up, migration of data from Excel or the previous system, and staff training. The school pays a fixed monthly fee in meticais, based on the number of students.
