Certificates, letters and transcripts
Attendance and enrolment letters, academic certificates, transcripts and any other documents the school defines, each with the right content.
School office and staff
A parent asks for a letter, a certificate or a transcript in the app or at the front desk, the school office issues it from the school's own template, and the fee is paid against a tax-authorised receipt. Every document carries a code that any employer, bank or embassy can check online. Less waiting for families, fewer forged documents bearing the school's stamp.
In many schools, every letter is typed from scratch in a Word document, printed, stamped and handed over days later. And when it reaches an employer or a bank, nobody can confirm whether it is genuine.
Attendance and enrolment letters, academic certificates, transcripts and any other documents the school defines, each with the right content.
Every document is generated from the school's template, with the student's details already filled in. No more typing mistakes.
The family requests the document in the app, sees the price and the delivery time, pays by M-Pesa or e-Mola and downloads it when it is ready, without coming to the school.
For those who prefer to come in, the school office logs the request and issues the document there and then.
Documents that need a signature or a decision from the school leadership go through approval before they are issued.
Every document carries a code. An employer, a bank or another school can confirm online, in seconds, that the school really issued it.
The fee is posted automatically to the student's account and the receipt is issued under invoicing authorised by the Mozambique Tax Authority (AT), in the same system as tuition fees.
Each type of document has its own delivery time and, where it applies, its own validity, so families know what to expect.
Employment letters and other staff documents issued from the human resources data, and requested by staff members themselves in the staff app.
The school office can find any document it has issued and reissue or cancel it, always with a record of who did so.
At 8 am, Rui's father needs an attendance letter for the bank where he is applying for a loan. Instead of leaving work, he requests it in the Escola360 app for parents, sees the price and the delivery time, and pays the fee by M-Pesa. The payment is matched automatically and the request appears on the school office's list for the day.
The clerk opens the request, confirms that the student is enrolled and issues the letter from the school's template. The details come from the system, with nothing to type. The father downloads the document on his phone before lunchtime.
In the afternoon, the bank's loan officer checks the code printed on the letter and confirms online that the document is authentic, without phoning the school. At the end of the day, the head of the school office sees how many documents were requested, how many were issued and whether any are waiting for the school leadership.
Every document issued through Escola360 carries a verification code. The organisation enters that code online and confirms, in seconds, that the document was issued by the school.
Yes. In the Escola360 app for parents, the family requests the document, sees the price and the delivery time, and downloads it when it is ready.
Because the student's details are already in the system, the school office issues the letter in the same visit. Documents that need leadership approval follow the delivery time set by the school.
Yes. The school defines the types of document it issues and the template for each one, and they all come out looking the same.
Yes. The document fee is posted automatically to the student's account and, when the parent pays by M-Pesa or e-Mola, the payment is matched automatically and the receipt is issued under invoicing authorised by the Mozambique Tax Authority (AT).
Yes. As well as letters, the school office issues academic certificates and transcripts from the academic data already in the system, with the school's template and the verification code.
In the demo, we build the template for one of your letters and show how any organisation can confirm it is authentic.
