School website
We take care of the school’s website, with its name, its identity and the information families look for before visiting.
School leadership
Before visiting a school, families look it up online. We take care of the school’s website and manage its digital presence, linked to Escola360: online registration, news, the calendar and the honour roll come from the same system the school uses every day, and every point of contact conveys organisation and professionalism.
A school can have excellent teachers and results and still look disorganised: an outdated website or none at all, queues in January, letters typed in Word, each with a different look, and social media that nobody looks after.
We take care of the school’s website, with its name, its identity and the information families look for before visiting.
We look after the school’s presence in digital media, so that the image families find is that of an organised, active school.
Pre-registration opens from the website or from a link shared on WhatsApp and social media, and every application goes straight into Escola360.
Events, achievements and public notices reach families and anyone looking for the school, rather than staying on the noticeboard at the entrance.
Dates for tests, holidays and events published from the system, always the same on the website and in the app.
The best students and teachers recognised using the criteria set by the school, ready to show on the website, at the school and in the app.
School letters and certificates carry a code that any company, bank or other school can confirm online. Forgery no longer pays.
School letters, reports and other documents always carry the school’s logo and details.
The Escola360 app can carry the school’s logo and colours, so that families recognise their school on every screen.
A card with the student’s details and a QR code, ready to print. A detail that families notice.
In October, Mr Macuácua is looking for a school for his son, who is starting Grade 1. He searches online and finds the school’s website: the news about the Science Fair, the calendar for the year and last term’s honour roll. During his lunch break, he taps "Register" and completes the pre-registration on his phone. He has not visited the school yet, but he already has a sense of how it works.
Months later, he needs an attendance letter for the bank. The bank clerk confirms online, using the code printed on the document, that the letter is genuine. There were no phone calls to the school office.
At the end of the first term, the honour roll appears on the website, in the app and at the school entrance, published from the same system. His son is not on it, but the father can see that the criteria are the same for everyone. When a friend asks him about the school, he sends him the website address.
Yes. We take care of the school’s website and manage its digital presence, linked to Escola360, so that registration, news, the calendar and the honour roll come from the same system.
Not necessarily. In the demo, we look at what the school already has and show how it connects to Escola360’s online registration, news and documents.
No. Pre-registration is done from the school’s website or from a shared link, opened in the browser on a phone or computer.
Every letter or certificate issued carries a code. With it, any organisation can confirm online whether the document is authentic, without phoning the school office.
Yes. The school sets the criteria, the system applies the same rules to everyone and the honour roll is ready to show on the website, at the school and in the app.
In the demo, we show how the school’s website connects to online registration, news, the honour roll and verifiable documents.
