Student health record
Blood group, allergies, chronic conditions and emergency contacts, to hand for the school nurse when every minute counts.
School life and families
When a student goes to the sick bay, earns praise or is involved in an incident, the school records it and the family is told. Escola360 brings the school sick bay, behaviour incidents and extracurricular clubs together in one place, with children's health data protected and parents' trust strengthened.
In many schools, the sick bay visit stays in a notebook, the teacher's complaint stays in a corridor conversation and the praise never reaches home. At the parents' meeting, the school says one thing and the family remembers another.
Blood group, allergies, chronic conditions and emergency contacts, to hand for the school nurse when every minute counts.
The parent completes the health record during registration, and the school starts the year with the right information.
What happened, what was done and how the visit ended, in a health history the school now has.
The family gets an alert by push notification in App Escola360 or by SMS when their child goes to the sick bay or has an incident, and can read the record the same day.
School staff have their own record as well, so the sick bay can respond to everyone.
Incidents recorded with the category and severity defined by the school, for fair, well-founded decisions.
Good behaviour and achievements are recorded too and reach home, not just the problems.
In the app, the parent taps "Acknowledged". At the parents' meeting, the school knows the family was informed.
Clubs and activities with a set capacity, a list of participants and a timetable, chosen at enrolment or re-enrolment.
The cost of each activity goes onto the student's account, alongside tuition fees. No activity goes unbilled.
For a parent, few things weigh as heavily as learning that their child was ill at school and nobody told them. With Escola360, the mother knows the same day that her son went to the sick bay, what happened and how it ended, without relying on what the child remembers to tell her.
A child's health data is among the most sensitive information a school holds. In Escola360, each family sees only its own children, each school user sees only what their profile allows, and every change is logged. The school itself decides what is shared with the family and what stays for internal use only.
The same care applies to behaviour. An incident properly recorded, with the family informed in good time and praise given when it is earned, turns the parents' meeting into a conversation about facts, not a clash of versions.
It is 9.40 am and Amélia, from Grade 3 A, arrives at the sick bay with a fever. The nurse opens her health record, sees that she is allergic to a common medicine and chooses a different treatment. She records the visit and the mother gets a notification on her phone straight away. Before lunch, she has seen the record in App Escola360 and knows her daughter is fine.
At 11 am, the Grade 5 B teacher records an incident over an argument in the playground and, straight after, praise for Nélio for his work at the Science Fair. Both families see what concerns them, and the father of the student involved in the argument taps "Acknowledged".
In the afternoon, the coordinators check the Chess Club list: two places are left and every member has the activity on their account. At the end of term, the head teacher has the health, behaviour and participation history of every class, and can decide on the data.
