Academic Records
Teachers enter marks and attendance from their phones and the system does the arithmetic: assessments, term and final averages worked out on their own, following the school’s rules. Mark sheets and reports come out in the national curriculum, Cambridge or IB templates, ready to sign.
Finance
Tuition raised in batches, late fees and discounts for siblings and staff children applied on their own. Take payment by M-Pesa, e-Mola, card terminal, bank or cash, with a certified receipt on the spot, a statement per student and an arrears map class by class.
Front Office
Letters, proofs and certificates come out already filled in with the student’s details, numbered and ready to sign in the same visit. The office stops hunting for old templates and rewriting by hand what the system already knows.

What does Escola360 actually do for my school?
It brings together in one place everything management needs to follow the school day to day: tuition, marks and mark sheets, attendance, communication with guardians and materials for students. Instead of spreadsheets, paper and scattered apps, the team works in a single system. Management sees at once what is going well and what needs attention, such as overdue tuition or classes with many absences.
Do I have to use every module and feature?
No. We start with the essentials, usually tuition, and switch on the remaining modules at your team’s pace, as they grow comfortable. No interruptions, no complications.
Does the system accept M-Pesa and e-Mola payments?
Yes. Tuition paid by M-Pesa, e-Mola, card terminal, bank transfer or cash is recorded in the system, which immediately issues a tax-valid receipt, because Escola360 is invoicing software certified by the Tax Authority. Payment reminders go out to guardians with no manual work from the office.
Are mark sheets produced in the official format?
Yes. Mark sheets and reports are generated automatically in the SNE format, with averages calculated by the system. Schools on the Cambridge curriculum also have their assessment templates supported.
Is switching systems a lot of work?
No, and this is our commitment: the school shares its list of students, classes and prices, and we hand over the platform ready to use within 24 hours, with the data migrated from Excel or from the previous system. We train the team and the routine does not stop for a single day.
What changes for the office, management and teachers?
The office issues documents and records payments in seconds instead of hours. Management sees the numbers on clear dashboards, without asking anyone for files. Teachers enter grades and attendance from their phones. In the end there is time left for what matters: supporting the students.

How much does it cost, and what happens to my data?
We charge in meticais and the amount depends only on how many students you have: the same every month, not tied to the exchange rate and not topped up with extras at year end. The quote is issued on the day of the demo. The data belongs to the school: each person sees only what their role requires, we keep regular backups and, if you ever decide to leave, we hand over a full export of students, marks and finances.
